At the GMW Conference 2005 in Rostock a new working group on quality assurance will be installed. The working groups first activity is to publish a book on quality development in e-learning in higher education and corporate sector. I am writing an article on "Participative Quality development" in there - emphasizing the fact that quality development in education is not a matter of structure only but paticipative negotiation and professionalisation processes.
